Dr. Tobias "Toby" Merriweather Quinn-Curtis (b.1982) and Happy Quinn-Curtis (born 1988) got married in fractured, their wedding was derailed by a case that kept Happy, Walter, Cabe and Sylvester in east lake Wyoming because a lighting strike set fire to an underground coal seam. However Paige organizes an impromptu wedding in the Parking lot of Kavelskis. The wedding was attending by only the members of Scorpion. Toby was portrayed by Eddie Kaye Thomas and Happy was portrayed by Jadyn Wong.

- Happy and Toby bet on paper planes and the wager is whether or not they go on a date or not, in episode Young Hearts Spark Fire.
- In the same episode Toby says, "I'm the gambling expert, we be dating."
- In Crossroads, Toby gets anxious before their first date and misses it. Because of this Happy decides that dating Toby is not a good idea.
- In Dam Breakthrough, Happy gets pulled into a water pipe at a dam and Toby tries to jump into save her, however Cabe Gallo stops him as the pipe leads to a turbine, Toby gets extremely upset when she falls in and shows how much he cares for her.
- Also, in Dam Breakthrough, Happy decides that because of her near-death experience she should live life now. Toby kisses her and they show signs of starting to date again after a year.
- At the end of Fractured, it shows Toby telling Walter that he is the happiest he has ever been. After Walter leaves Toby's apartment, Happy is revealed to be inside. Happy asks Toby if he meant what he said about how he's the happiest he's ever been. He tells her it's the truth, and they kiss.

- In Toby or Not Toby, Toby is kidnapped by Mark Collins. Mark lets Happy know that Toby was going to propose. Happy saves Toby.
